Murdoch Day

Celebrating Redruth's most famous citizen - inventor and pioneer, William Murdoch.
Known for improving the efficiency of Cornwall's tin mines, as well as his work with steam engines and gas lighting.
The day is filled with fun family events including a children's dance, all day music street market and schools parade.
Dog friendly and wheelchair accessible.
