Mullion Cove Hotel

Mullion Cove Hotel

Situated on the Lizard Peninsula in secluded splendour, The Mullion Cove Hotel is a fantastic place to eat out in Cornwall. The hotel’s four-course, daily changing menu and unswerving focus on excellence, has gained its Atlantic View Restaurant a double AA rosette award.

The team of chefs are passionate about using high quality, local produce - with fresh lobsters straight from the cove, beef raised on the Lizard, fresh fish and shellfish from St Ives and the best Cornish cheese all featuring on the menu.

For a more relaxed, less formal dining experience head to the stunning Art Deco bar area. Named after the famous ship Glenbervie that ran aground in 1902 with 600 barrels of whiskey on board, visitors can enjoy a perfectly prepared cocktail or a chilled glass of bubbles whilst watching the sun sink beneath the horizon – before tucking into a range of delicious dishes.

For the ultimate indulgence we recommend trying one of the hotel’s famous seafood platters. Showcasing the wonderful array of fresh fish caught around the Cornish coastline, guests have a choice of up to seven fantastic dishes to choose from. Want to try it all? The Neptune, perfect for sharing, offers up a selection of seafood dishes including whole locally dressed caught crab, lobster, smoked mackerel, oysters and much more.

For those with a sweet tooth, why not try an afternoon tea on the terrace and marvel at the extensive views of the undulating peninsula, whilst devouring crumbly scones, dollops of local jam and lashings of clotted cream. It’s the perfect way to while away an afternoon. For an extra special treat upgrade to a champagne tea and enjoy a glass of Polgoon Bubbly!
