British contemporary evening dining is the order of the day in the Brasserie, where the very finest ingredients are plated up for your enjoyment — from seafood fresh off the boats to the very best local meats and Cornish veg.
There’s an extensive wine list too, featuring some Cornish bubbles. You’ll find Knightor Brut and Camel Valley Brut on the wine menu, both grown and made just up the road.
