Eating at the Eden Project

Eating at the Eden Project

There are several cafes to choose from (some close during quieter periods) which cater for vegetarians, vegans, meat eaters and gluten-free diets.

A range of seasonal menus and ‘pop-up’ cafes are also available during the holiday periods. Look out for the authentic Mexican burritos, inspired by the South American elements of the Rainforest, available during the summer season - plus the ice-cream shacks, juice bars and burger huts that can be found around the site.

Eden Kitchen

Tasty food prepared and cooked in front of your eyes by Eden’s chefs. Every day is different, but you’ll always find a fine selection of food including handmade pastries in the morning, savoury dishes at lunchtime and amazing cakes and scones in the afternoon. The winter warmer menu includes favourites such as Cornish fish pie, Cottage Pie, Chicken Basque and vegetarian hot pot, and at weekends, a full roast dinner is served (children’s options are available).

Eden Coffee House

Located in our Visitor Centre this is the perfect place to fuel up for your day or to rest before you head home. Treat yourself to tea with a tasty slice of delicious cake or a freshly made baguette.

Eden Core Café

Our café in the Core is a great pit-stop in your day, serving freshly made sandwiches and wraps, cakes, Cornish cream teas and hot and cold drinks (open during seasonal holiday periods only).

Mediterranean Terrace

During the warmer months, you can enjoy a delicious al fresco style evening dinner in the Mediterranean Biome. Savour authentic, tasty Med-inspired food, such as artisan pizza and paella, seafood and delicious deserts. No matter what the Cornish weather does outside, you’ll be dining in a holiday atmosphere, immersed in the scents and sounds of the Mediterranean. Visit edenproject.com to make a reservation.

(Some cafes/concessions close in quieter periods, so please check the website for details).

We love...

The fact that the food served at the Eden Project reflects the stories they tell. It is responsibly sourced, fairly-traded, organic, seasonal and/or local, and freshly made.

Don't miss...

Trying an ice cream from one of the pop up ice cream shacks during summer – made using Eden’s own recipe that includes rainforest raw cane sugar (Panela) blended with Cornish Jersey Cow milk from Roskillys!
