Open Day at Truro Leisure Centre

On Saturday 30th June Better, Truro Leisure Centre will be holding an Open Day to celebrate their recent refurbishments.
Following the charitable social enterprise, GLL, taking management of all Cornwall’s leisure centres on 1 April 2017, significant changes have been made in Truro with the refurbishment of the gym and creation of a brand new ‘changing village’. This includes a full refresh of the gym area, new Technogym equipment, separate dry and wet changing areas, larger cubicles, private and communal showers, accessible changing facilities, new toilets, a vanity station and more. The reception area has also undergone a refresh in order to make it lighter, more spacious and welcoming to visitors.
A range of discounted and free sessions that the whole family can enjoy will take place throughout the open day, including £1 swimming and inflatable sessions, free taster gym sessions, free fun gym challenges, free badminton court bookings, free taster beginner swim lessons, free taster fitness classes and more.
