In 2015 we documented our travels around this beautiful county by photographing everything from delicious food, stunning seascapes and beautiful sunsets, to great Cornish events including the Royal Cornwall Show and Falmouth Week. Now in the New Year, we thought we’d take a look back through 2015 and highlight some of our real favourites.

Snow! Although it only lasted for a few hours and was slightly behind the Christmas schedule, we enjoyed a scattering of the white stuff back in January last year. Matched with crisp blue skies, it was the perfect winter morning.

It's a #brisk morning #snow #Cornwall #bluesky #chilly #wearecornwall

Henry, one of our office dogs very much enjoyed being the centre of attention on Red Nose Day last year!

Who wouldn’t love this photo? Delicious freshly caught fish and succulent duck from Gylly Beach Café - one of our favourite places to eat in Cornwall with its spectacular sea views.

The We are Cornwall team had a great day out at the Royal Cornwall Show last summer – it was fantastic to see so many Cornish businesses all in one place. The demonstrations and events taking place in the main ring were fantastic to watch too!

Capturing the wide expanses and feeling of freedom in a series of shots, Rosie thoroughly enjoyed galloping across Bodmin Moor on a half day Poldark trail with Hallagenna Riding – highly recommending the experience to everyone.

We couldn’t have a list of our favourite photos of Cornwall without including a Cornish pasty now could we? Simply delicious.

Good day for a pasty! #cornwall #cornishpasty #yum

During August we handed our Instagram account over to four different individuals in order to capture our beautiful county through their eyes. First to take the reins was Matt who sailed to the Isles of Scilly, capturing this awesome photograph of some dolphins that accompanied him for part of the journey.

First came the stunning sunrise, then a pod of #Dolphins! The best part of the trip! #sailing #adventure

Next on our Instagram takeover was Yaz who spent the week documenting her time working at Falmouth Week – we love this photo of the Red Arrows as they took flight over the harbour.

Andrew holidayed in Cornwall with his girlfriend for a week, documenting their time exploring various locations across the county. This fantastic photo was taken at the Minnack Theatre during a production of King Lear – what a perfect setting!

Finally Matthew Dale who runs a farm on the banks of the River Fal took control of the Instagram account. This adorable photograph of a baby hedgehog has to be one of our favourites from 2015!

Found this little fella out wandering around during the day. Put him somewhere where he was safer.

Moving towards the end of the year, we captured some Cornish cows enjoying the autumn sunshine, overlooking the beautiful Roseland Peninsula. An image that turned out to be our most liked Instagram photo of the year!

And closing 2015 we love this image of festive Falmouth just before Christmas.

Looking very #festive in #Falmouth! #Cornwall #Christmas ?????
