Following feedback from owners and attendees about the on-going Covid-19 situation, and numerous requests for our event to be made available remotely, we have now decided to LIVE stream ‘Successful Holiday Letting’ on Friday 10th February, at 11.30am, in place of hosting it at The Sands Resort in Newquay.
You will now be able to enjoy a free, informative 1-hour session - all from the comfort of your own home. With over 50 years’ experience in holiday letting, our local Cornish Cottage Holidays team will bring you a wealth of information on everything from the staycation market in 2022, to maximising your booking potential.
Whether you are looking to invest in a holiday home in Cornwall, considering letting your holiday home for the first time, or thinking of changing agents, this is a virtual presentation not to be missed.
Topics covered will include:
- Advice on buying a second home in Cornwall, and how to set up your property for success
- Booking patterns and future trends, plus our predictions for 2022
- Information on legislative requirements and the hands-on running of your property
- An introduction to tax and mortgages
- Property management and changeovers
- How to maximise your holiday letting income, with value-adding features and proactive pricing
In addition to hearing from the Redruth based Cornish Cottage Holidays team, there will also be short presentations from our guest speakers, Webbers Estate Agents, PFK Francis Clark and Atkins Ferrie Wealth Management.
Finally, there will be the opportunity for you to interact with the Cornish Cottage Holidays team, and to ask any questions you might have.
