We are Cornwall has been developed by the Sue Bradbury PR team who wanted to provide a comprehensive guide to the county that would prove useful not just to visitors from outside the county but also to residents. As well as featuring places to stay, things to do, food and drink, special offers, competitions and Cornish creations, the new site also gives information about beaches, landmarks, towns and villages.

“It’s still a work in progress and will continue to be because there’s so much to showcase in Cornwall,” said Director Sue Bradbury. “A lot of hard work has gone into creating the site and I can’t thank my brilliant team and all our supporters enough for all that they’ve done in the last few months to get where we are today.

“Our aim has always been to develop an online shop window for Cornwall that is different, visually engaging, easy to navigate and genuinely useful. The feedback we’ve had so far has been extremely positive and I’m delighted that so many businesses have expressed their confidence in what we are doing by coming onboard before we’d even gone live. Now it’s up to us to repay that trust by making We are Cornwall a key online portal that delivers referrals and, most importantly, encourages people to go to places they’ve never been to before. We also want them to become much more aware of the wonderful arts, crafts and products that are made in Cornwall and that help in no small part in making it the wonderful, very special place it is.”

A successful Crowdfunder campaign was organised to raise £15,000 investment towards the wearecornwall.com site which currently has more than fifty business profile pages and over sixty place guides.
