Chef Darren Millgate formerly from Wild Cafe/ The Herring Restaurant at Bedruthan Steps Hotel and Spa will be cooking on the night. Showcasing his philosophy of sourcing fresh Cornish ingredients to create dishes inspired from across the globe. Amanda Forster-Searle of Nourish Kitchen will be guest speaking, discussing how our food has changed over the years and how we should be looking to eat more cleanly.
